FVRO Conferencing

From July 2021, Sussex Street Community Law Service has begun providing conferencing services, available in the Perth Magistrates Court for Family Violence Restraining Order matters. Sussex Street Community Law Service will provide legal services to respondents as part of the conferencing process.


Conferencing is a method of resolving disputes.

The conference is heard by a Magistrates Court registrar, who will meet with both of the parties to discuss the family violence restraining (FVRO) order.
