The Sussex Street Community Law Service Family Law Unit is a free service for eligible West Australians.

We have a team with legal expertise in family law as well as non-legal advocacy expertise in welfare rights, financial counselling and residential tenancy.

Family Law Resources

Sussex Street Community Law Service provides free and confidential legal advice. In some cases, we also represent people on low incomes in court.

We may be able to advise and assist in the following matters:

Advise on children's issues, parental rights and responsibilities

Advise on domestic violence issues
Assist with restraining orders

Our family law solicitor also conducts workshops on issues surrounding family law concerns.
