Individual disability advocacy and support with NDIS appeals

This is a free service that promotes, protects and supports your human rights.

We can assist you if you believe you are being treated unfairly, experience abuse or neglect, feel you are not being listened to and need to support to learn more about your rights.

What is Individual Advocacy Service (IDAS)?

Individual Disability Advocacy Service (IDAS) is a free, independent and confidential non-legal advocacy service, provided by Sussex Street Community Law Service. 

The service is a NSDS Accredited advocacy service for people with disabilities, their family members and carers.

The service is available to people in the Perth Metropolitan area and regional areas of the Mid West, Goldfields/Esperance and the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
