Membership

If you apply to become a member, you need to sign the constitution to confirm your agreement and support.

Please see below the objects of our constitution.

(1) The objects of the Association are

(a) to provide accessible legal and social services to target communities, with particular regard to those who are socially disadvantaged, and to such other groups as the Association shall from time to time decide;

(b) to develop resources, provide information and deliver community education programs that build the capacity of the community and industry to understand the law and social systems; and

(c) to initiate and participate in law reform.

Choose whether you wish to become an

a) Ordinary member (over 15 and full voting rights) or

b) Associate member (under 15, no full voting rights)

Complete and submit the Membership Application to General Manager or Board Secretary.

Our Board will receive and consider your application.

The Boards meets every two (2) months and will notify you of their decision.

As of November 2022, our membership fee is $10.00.

Membership fees are due annually.

You will be provided with the banking information for an EFT payment.
