Chapter 19:  Family

This chapter deals with the issues surrounding persons living together, having children, separation, how their property is split up and how other disputes are dealt with. Domestic Violence issues and the WA Restraining Orders Act are dealt with in Chapter 20: FAMILY AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, while information on Adoption can be found in Chapter 39: YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN.
