Chapter 11:  Credit

This chapter outlines the main features of, and rights of consumers under, the WA Consumer Credit Code. It also refers to some areas of consumer credit (as opposed to credit for business purposes) not covered by the Code. As this area is also governed by the terms of the credit contract and the general law of contract, reference should also be made to Chapter 9: CONSUMER PROTECTION which contains a useful overview of the law of contract.
